By accessing this Website, accessible from reapacademy.co.za, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on REAP’s Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on REAP’s Website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

REAP or its suppliers will not be hold accountable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on REAP’s Website, even if REAP or an authorise representative of this Website has been notified, orally or written, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on REAP’s Website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. REAP will not promise that any of the materials in this Website are accurate, complete, or current. REAP may change the materials contained on its Website at any time without notice. REAP does not make any commitment to update the materials.

REAP has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by REAP of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. Membership and Exchanges

Each member account is for one agent only, namely the person who was enrolled in the programme after payment, during onboarding, whose email is linked to website login credentials. Access to the same account cannot be shared by multiple agents. If an agent is found out to be sharing access with one or more agents who didn’t pay to be part of the programme, REAP reserves the right to terminate the offending agent’s account with immediate effect, and the agent will have no right to a refund.

Moreover, after the fourth session of the programme cohort that the agent was enrolled in, an agent can’t swap out or exchange their membership with another agent anymore. For example, if Dennis leaves XYZ Realty after attending four sessions, XYZ Realty can’t replace Dennis with another agent.

8. Landing Page Platform Access

Members receive complimentary access to REAP’s Landing Page Platform, which includes 6 landing pages for the initial 6-month period. To maintain access to all 6 landing pages after this initial period, Members must subscribe to our VIP Members Club. If a member chooses not to join the VIP Members Club, their access will be reduced to one landing page.

Subscription to the VIP Members Club is optional and can be initiated at any time to regain full access to your 6 landing pages. Any content or data associated with pages that become inaccessible due to non-subscription will be retained for a maximum period of 12 months should the Member decide to join the VIP Members Club in the future.

9. Refund Policy

The enrolled agent has a five (5) business-day cooling off period and may cancel their enrolment and request a full refund of any fees paid provided that a written request for such cancellation and refund is received by REAP Academy within five (5) business days of the Programme’s first live session.

Additionally, after attending the first four (4) live sessions and completing all assignments and tasks associated with those sessions, if the agent genuinely feels they will not benefit from the Programme, the agent may cancel their enrolment and request a refund of all fees paid, provided such request is received in writing by REAP Academy within one (1) business day of the 4th live session, and the agent attended the first four (4) live sessions and completed all assignments and tasks associated with those sessions.

10. Cancellation Policy

The enrolled Agent may give notice of their intent to withdraw from the REAP Programme provided such notice is received in writing by the REAP Academy at least thirty (30) days prior to the cancellation of any payment owed by the Agent. In this instance, no refund of any monies already paid will be considered by REAP Academy.

11. Site Terms of Use Modifications

REAP may revise these Terms of Use for its Website at any time without prior notice. By using this Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

12. Governing Law

Any claim related to REAP’s Website shall be governed by the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
